Therefore, we offer you a fair, transparent and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.

Return policy

Period: 14 days from delivery date
Conditions: Goods must be returned in perfect new condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs: borne by the customer (free drop-off at the sleep center is possible)
Refund: The purchase price will be refunded to your bank account after verification.
Return process: Enclose the invoice or delivery note to enable quick processing.

To help you find the right mattress, we offer an extended exchange policy.

Exchange at the sleep center

• 30-day exchange policy from the date of delivery

• Cost: CHF 50.–

Exchange at your home

• Delivery to your apartment: CHF 100.–

• 30-day exchange policy from the date of delivery

Important instructions

• We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or charge for damages.

• Mattresses must be packed for transport – ideally in their original packaging.
