Exchange and return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a fair and straightforward exchange and return policy.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging.
Returns are possible:
directly in our store (free of charge)
return at your own expense
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account. If the goods are damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a fee.
Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note with your return. Keep the shipping receipt safe until your refund has been processed.
Exchange policy for mattresses
You have 30 days to exchange a mattress.
If you bring the mattress in yourself, the exchange will cost a flat fee of CHF 50.–.
If you would like collection or delivery, the following prices apply:
CHF 100.– for delivery to the curb
CHF 200.– for delivery to the apartment
The right of exchange does not apply to discounted or outlet products.
The mattress must be packed for transport – ideally in its original packaging.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods to the bank account you used for the purchase.
